I started my law practice over 14 years ago and I have learned that by focusing on a select few areas of law, I can best serve my clients and give them the high degree of professional representation they seek and deserve. Unlike many general practice attorneys, I will not spread myself too thin, nor take on cases which I am not completely versed in, and comfortable with. I focus generally on criminal defense, including but not limited to OWI/DUI, and I also work extensively in the juvenile justice system. I also write trusts and wills and offer estate planning advice.
I have practiced in nearly every level of court in Iowa including juvenile, small claims, misdemeanor and felony criminal court, Iowa Court of Appeals, Iowa Federal Courts, and the Iowa Supreme Court. I do not charge for initial consultations and I promise that I will return your phone calls.
